Whispered Dreams (Installation)

Can you walk with me?

We used to walk together a lot and have many conversations. We both remember some of them. Now, we live in different cities, different countries, even different continents. We both write. As writers, we decided to write for each other and together. We share our personal experiences on collaboration, influenced by our friendship and the political situation. Through our writings, we explore self-censorship in our different contexts. We use text to engage with our readers as an audience. We question the meaning of the spectator and the reader and want to realize How we can share these meanings and roles? Next to that, we are interested to know how we address the notion of ‘self-censorship’ in our performative texts and how it relates to where we currently live.
The installation is participatory and readers/audience can write, talk to writers or just be the witness.
