Spring Breakdown- بهارشکنی
How do love and dementia intersect? Can we forget while we fall in love? And is it possible to consciously avoid forgetting the one we love?
“Spring Breakdown” explores the themes of love, dementia, and migration through layered text and subtle choreographic movements. The concept of “doubleness” is central to the piece, emerging from the idea of the body and mind being split across two separate entities. It delves into the contradictions of thinking about an action but not executing it, making decisions without following through, and the struggle of thought when the body fails to cooperate. These elements are the result of three years of research, culminating in this work.
